Write for us
We welcome pitches that show how an idea, tool or way of organising knowledge helps a general reader understand a subject more clearly.
What we welcome
Propose a focused explanation, a thoughtful comparison, a piece of background history, an examination of a common misconception or a guide to using an information tool. The subject should fit classification, maps, records, patterns or learning.
A strong pitch
Tell us the central question, the reader takeaway and why this particular angle is worth exploring. Include a short outline and note the kinds of sources or examples that would support the piece. Keep claims proportionate and avoid turning the article into professional advice.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Unsolicited drafts are not required; a concise, specific pitch is enough to begin a conversation.
Knowledge grows by connection
A fact becomes more useful when its place among other facts is clear. We look for the structures that make learning coherent and lasting.
